Do you offer 'at home' training?

Yes, we can customise a training session for you and cover the topics that are of most interest and can even provide guidance notes.  Some common training queries are subjects like online security, how to use eBay etc. 

 

Do you accept credit/debit card payments?

Yes, we accept all credit/debit cards (3% processing fee applies). 

 

Do you accept personal cheque?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques. 

 

Do You Provide Same Day Services?

Yes, we can provide same Day Services. 

 

Why Don't You Charge Hourly Rates?

Hourly rates can prove both expensive and misleading for the customer . At Affordable PC Services, we can estimate how long a job will take to resolve with almost 100% accuracy and therefore, charge a fixed fee. This means that the customer has a clear cost of the required work before any work is completed. 

 

Can you visit in the evenings or weekends?

No problem, simply call or email us and we can arrange a convenient time yourself.

Some Companies offer Computer Help for only £30, How is this?

Ever heard of the saying, "you get what you pay for"? Companies or individuals that charge a low fee normally attach this to an hourly structure with a misleading promise that most problems can be resolved within the first 30 minutes.  Therefore, at first glance, £30 may seem like a competitive price but 1.5 hours into your visit, your bill will already be at £90+ and rising. 

 

Do you supply hardware, software and accessories?

Yes, we have a number of business supplier contracts with many of the UK's top companies including Symantec and Dell. This means through our procurement contracts we can supply heavily discounted computer hardware, software and accessories all brand new, genuine and complete with manufacturers warranties where applicable. 

 

I have a number of computer problems, will you charge for each one?

Absolutely not, at the time of your job booking, we will clarify the tasks that require resolutions and provide a fixed price for the job so you can rest assured about the price.
